At Jardin Estate’s Cheese School we understand that there are times when we must cancel our best laid plans. As places in each course are capped so as to maximise student experiences, it is important to conduct each course with as many students (up to the cap) as possible, therefore our Refund Policy is set around meeting both the Student’s and School’s needs.
Cancellation by Students - Written (email) cancellation by students a month before the course will result in a full refund. Written (email) cancellation by students in less than a month but with more than one week’s notice before the course will result in a 50% refund. Written (email) cancellation by students the week before the course will result in a forfeiture of the course fee.
Cancellation by Jardin Estate - Jardin will endeavour not to cancel any courses but may need to under extreme circumstances or where there are less than 4 students booked for a course. In this case, as much notice as possible will be provided to students and students will be offered a full refund or credit to attend another course.
All Cheese and Cooking Classes are $180.00 per person plus GST
HAVE YOU CHECK OUT WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE COURSE/PRICE? (see below). Past students have rated the courses as ‘excellent value for money’.

The number of students at each course will be capped at 10. Due to safety requirements in the kitchen, only persons over the age of 16 years of age will be able to attend these courses.
Course Safety Requirements
Students must always act with regard to their own health, safety and wellbeing as well as others around them. Prior to each course, a short ‘housekeeping’ session will take place so students can familiarise themselves with the commercial kitchen environment which requires all students to be cognisant of occupational health and safety needs.
