Who are we?

Owners, Margaret Nielsen and Nick Power are passionate foodies who have strived to produce quality artisan butter and cheese in the Margaret River region since 2017.

Having achieved accolades such as the Delicious National Gold Award in 2020 they now want to inspire others to make and produce quality dairy products within their own homes. Hence, the creation of Jardin Estate’s unique Cheese School.
