Jardin Estate’s Cheese School has been transformed into a Cooking School.
Our School now includes our Cheese making classes, along with a host of other fun and interesting cooking classes.
These will include:
Beyond Sour Dough (bread making) - 1, 2 & 3.
Pasta Uno, Due & Tre - homemade pasta, filled pastas and gnocchi
Mexican Fiesta;
Blondies to Brownies
and many more to come
Set in Margaret River’s beautiful dairy country, Jardin Estate has been making award winning artisan butter and cheeses since 2017 and now we would like to share our experience with YOU!!
Come and spend a day with our cheese maker and foodie, Margaret who will walk you through step-by-step making some of your favourite cheeses along with many other amazing dishes. Take home the cheeses and food you made to share with family and friends.
An avid foodie, Margaret was in her past life a Home Economics teacher who just loves food and the bringing together of family and friends that food provides. Since relocating to the south-west, Margaret was bitten by the cheese making bug when she attended her first cheese making class about ten years ago and has gone on to attend many more classes and establish a successful commercial cheese and butter business.
Today, Margaret is expanding the School’s range of classes, to include the making and tasting of some truly memorable dishes that you will love to make at home. Our promise - these dishes will be easy to make for all students, regardless of their cooking skills.
